questions? we have answers.

01

how do i find my symptom triggers?

log exposure and symptoms on the same day, every day, including good days. only logging bad days makes everything look like a trigger. after two to three weeks, look for what appears far more often before high days than low ones. this tracker counts that for you.

02

how long after a trigger do symptoms appear?

it varies a lot. food and histamine reactions are often within an hour, exertion crashes can land the next day, and hormonal or weather patterns can take longer. that is why logging the delay matters: without it, you will keep blaming whatever happened most recently.

03

what is the best trigger tracker app?

the one that also holds your symptoms, since a trigger only means something next to the symptom it precedes. this tracker is free with no sign-up. rox is the free ios app version and keeps triggers, symptoms, medication and wearable data on one timeline.

04

can i use this for mcas or histamine intolerance?

you can use it to log exposures and timing, which is often what clinicians ask for. it cannot diagnose anything. if you suspect mast cell or histamine issues, bring your log to a clinician rather than self-treating from a pattern.

05

is my trigger data private?

it saves only in your own browser, on the device you are using. nothing is uploaded and there is no account to create.

rox helps you track and understand your health. it is not medical advice and cannot diagnose or treat anything. if something feels urgent, contact a health professional.
