meet rox, the app behind this tracker

this tracker is free and yours, right here. rox is the app it came from. it remembers every day you log, keeps your mood next to your symptoms, medication and sleep, and shows you what is actually driving the harder weeks.

how it works

1

pick how today felt, from awful to great

2

add your energy and sleep, then save. about 20 seconds

3

come back daily and watch how the three move together

your data stays on this device. we never see it, and there is no sign-up.

questions? we have answers.

questions? we have answers.

01

how do i track my mood?

pick how the day felt on a five point scale, add your energy and sleep, and save. once a day is enough, ideally at a similar time. after two weeks the chart shows whether your mood is drifting and which days were hardest.

02

what is the best free mood tracker app?

the one you will actually keep using. this tracker is free with no sign-up, so you can start in seconds. rox is the free ios app version: it keeps your full history, tracks mood beside symptoms and medication, and connects with apple watch, oura, garmin and amazfit.

03

why track mood with energy and sleep?

because with chronic illness they rarely move separately. a low mood day often follows a broken night or an energy crash rather than anything emotional. logging all three together is what lets you tell the difference, which is exactly what a general mood app cannot do.

04

can i show my mood log to my doctor?

yes. use copy my log or email me my log to send yourself the history, then bring it to your appointment. a two week pattern is far more useful than trying to describe how you have been feeling from memory.

05

is my mood data private?

it saves only in your own browser, on the device you are using. nothing is uploaded and there is no account. clearing your browser data clears the log, which is the trade-off for keeping it entirely on your side.

rox is a mood and symptom tracker, not medical advice. if you are struggling, please talk to a health professional.
