meet rox, the app behind this tracker

this tracker is free and works right here, no sign-up. rox is the app behind it. it remembers every dose, keeps your medication next to your symptoms so you can see what a change actually did, and has your list ready the moment a doctor asks.

how it works

1

add each medication with its dose and when you take it

2

tick them off as you take them each day

3

copy or email the list whenever you need it for an appointment

your list stays on this device. we never see it, and there is no sign-up.

questions? we have answers.

01

what is the best medication tracker app?

the one you will actually open every day. this tracker is free, works in your browser and needs no sign-up. rox is the free ios app version: it keeps your medication list and your dose history, and puts it next to your symptoms so you can see what a dose change actually did.

02

how do i make a medication list for my doctor?

list every medication with its dose and when you take it, including anything over the counter or supplements. add this tracker entry by entry, then use copy my list or email me my list to send yourself a clean version to bring or print. keeping it current matters more than making it neat.

03

how do i remember to take my medication?

tie each dose to something you already do, like brushing your teeth or making coffee, rather than relying on remembering. ticking a list daily also helps, because seeing a gap is a stronger prompt than an alarm you have learned to dismiss. this tracker shows which one you miss most, which is usually the one to move to a different time.

04

can i track side effects too?

this browser tracker keeps your list and whether you took each dose. for side effects, log them in the free symptom tracker on the same day, or use the rox app, which keeps medication and symptoms on one timeline so a new side effect lines up with the dose that started it.

05

is my medication data private?

your list and history save only in your own browser, on the device you are using. nothing is uploaded and there is no account to create. clearing your browser data clears it, which is the trade-off for keeping it entirely on your side.

rox helps you keep track of your medication. it is not medical advice and it cannot tell you what to take. never change a dose without talking to your prescriber.
