this tracker lives on this device only. rox keeps every treatment you log next to your symptoms, so you can see what actually changed after you started something new.

questions? we have answers.

01

how do i know if a treatment is working?

change one thing at a time and give it a fair trial, then compare your symptom log before and after rather than relying on memory. memory is heavily coloured by how you feel today. a number logged regularly is the only honest comparison you have.

02

how long should i try something before deciding?

it depends entirely on the treatment, and your prescriber should set the window. the point of tracking is that when that window ends you have real data rather than a guess. note the start date so the before and after are clearly separated.

03

what is the best way to track medication changes?

log the change itself, then keep rating symptoms daily. pair this with the free medication tracker so the dose and the effect sit together. rox does both in one place and keeps the history.

04

can this replace advice from my doctor?

no. this is a record of your own experience, which makes appointments far more productive, but it cannot tell you what to take or when to stop. never change or stop a prescribed treatment without talking to your prescriber.

05

is my treatment data private?

it saves only in your own browser, on the device you are using. nothing is uploaded and there is no account to create.

rox helps you track and understand your health. it is not medical advice and cannot diagnose or treat anything. if something feels urgent, contact a health professional.
