this tracker lives on this device only. rox keeps every night you log, reads the sleep data from your apple watch, oura, garmin or amazfit, and lines it up against how the next day actually went.
how it works
1
rate last night from 0 to 10, where 10 is great sleep
2
tap what disrupted it and how you woke up
3
come back daily and the link to your symptoms shows up
your data stays on this device. we never see it, and there is no sign-up.
01
how do i track my sleep without a wearable?
rate the night from 0 to 10 when you wake, and note what broke it. a subjective score is genuinely useful, because how rested you feel often matters more than the hours recorded. a wearable adds detail like heart rate and stages, but it cannot tell you that pain woke you at three.
02
why track sleep with chronic illness?
because for most chronic conditions sleep is upstream of everything else. a broken night frequently shows up the next day as worse pain, heavier fatigue and lower mood. logging both is how you find out whether that is true for you rather than assuming it.
03
what is the best free sleep tracker?
the one that takes ten seconds when you wake up. this tracker is free with no sign-up. rox is the free ios app version: it keeps your full history and pulls in sleep data from your apple watch, oura, garmin or amazfit next to your symptoms.
04
can i show my sleep log to my doctor?
yes. use copy my log or email me my log. a few weeks of sleep scores with what disrupted them is far more useful to a clinician than saying you sleep badly, and it makes referral conversations easier.
05
is my sleep data private?
it saves only in your own browser, on the device you are using. nothing is uploaded and there is no account to create.
rox helps you track and understand your health. it is not medical advice and cannot diagnose or treat anything. if something feels urgent, contact a health professional.
