this tracker lives on this device only. rox keeps every flare you log, reads your apple watch, oura, garmin or amazfit, and shows you what tends to come before a bad stretch.

01
what is a flare?
a flare is a stretch where your usual symptoms get significantly worse than your baseline. it can last hours or weeks depending on the condition. tracking one properly means noting when it started, what preceded it, how much it limited you and how long recovery took, because that recovery time is often the most useful number you have.
02
how do i find my flare triggers?
log what happened in the day or two before, not just the flare itself. one flare tells you nothing; five flares that all follow poor sleep or overexertion tell you a lot. this tracker counts what comes up most across your logged flares so the pattern surfaces without you having to hold it in your head.
03
what is the best flare tracker app?
the one you will use during a flare, which means it has to be fast. this tracker is free, needs no sign-up and takes under a minute. rox is the free ios app version: it keeps your full flare history and sits it next to your symptoms, medication and wearable data.
04
can i show my flare log to my doctor?
yes, and it is one of the most persuasive things you can bring. use copy my log or email me my log. a record of how often flares hit, how long they lasted and what you were doing beforehand is far stronger than trying to recall it in a ten minute appointment.
05
is my flare data private?
it saves only in your own browser, on the device you are using. nothing is uploaded and there is no account to create. clearing your browser data clears the log.
